"All Aboard! This is a magical experience that you won’t want to miss! You’ll enjoy an amazing adventure in your very own “train car” as you take a journey to The North Pole with the cast of The Polar Experience!

We are transforming the beautiful Union Bank Building, into a whimsical and wonderful atmosphere where you will enjoy this interactive and lively experience that is filled with your favorite music and moments! Come and watch as marshmallows fly and whipped cream flows in abundance!

Once you arrive at The North Pole, after seeing The Northern lights, you'll get a chance to meet Santa, have your picture taken with him and receive a token from The North Pole!*

Please come dressed in your pajamas and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime! And of course, bring your ticket to give to our conductor upon "boarding!"

*We would live everyone to understand this is not an actual train ride. It is an interactive "experience."

Adult VIP Tickets (Floor Level): $27
Children's VIP Tickets (Floor Level with Keepsake Package: $30
Adult Mezzanine Tickets: $25
Children’s Mezzanine Tickets with Keepsake Package: $28
Children's Mezzanine Tickets without a Keepsake package* $18

*The keepsake package is filled with mementos from their experience including; a keepsake ticket, a bell from Santa, and wonderful and whimsical things!

All those who are attending must purchase a ticket. There is no age based pricing. Due to the nature of this event, it is not conducive for infants to sit on one's lap or have a carrier on the floor. This is a very interactive experience and there are people moving around your table on a constant basis. Therefore, if you do have an infant that you would like to bring, we ask that you do purchase a seat for them, so that their carrier may be on their seat.

If multiple families would like to sit together, we ask that you purchase your tickets as a group.

This event lasts approx. an hour and forty-five minutes.

A professional photographer will be on site and will offer professional family photos with Santa and the cast. For this reason, we encourage you all to wear your pajamas! It makes for a wonderful opportunity to capture a family memory.
